Following are the points that should be considered by the agents-part, at the time of signing the agreement:
Selection
We, being a client centric organization prefer selection of the applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. Our team of experts arranges his /their accommodation, transport and all other logistic support that are required for the purpose. In case, we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives.
Medical Checkup
After final selection, we make sure that the selected candidates are taken for the thorough medical check up by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.
Application for visa
For the selected candidates, we take on ourselves to apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer.
Ticketing and emigration
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Adnan enterprises to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned govt. dept. for the candidates.
Orientation before departure
We provide the basic orientation to the workers before traveling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities, while abroad and first hand information of work environment there & salient features of labors laws of the country of employment. |

To get started with the task, our organization executes an agreement with the concern employer; stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of construction industry manpower from India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed. Following are the points that need to be taken into consideration on employers-part, while signing the agreement: Demand LetterThe employer is supposed to issue a demand letter in favor of Adnan enterprises stating the following things: - Job categories in the industry
- Number of workers required in each category
- Monthly salary
- Duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage and accommodation
Letter of AuthorityThe employer of the organization will have to issue a letter of authority in favor of Adnan enterprises addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned embassy in India, informing him that M/s. Adnan enterprises is their bonafide manpower recruiting agent that is fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery, with the above embassy, which is applicable to middle-east and far-east countries.
Agreement of EmploymentThis is a standard employment contract between employer and employee. |
